/ The story

The short version

I studied mechanical engineering - the kind of training where you learn to think in systems, tolerances, and physics. When I pivoted into digital marketing and SEO, I brought that same engineering mindset: understand every variable, test everything, build for the long term.

In 2017, I built GCodeTutor from a laptop on a beach in Thailand. No office, no team, no investors - just deep knowledge of CNC machining and a willingness to teach it well. The business grew. It funded eight years of travel across Asia - snowboarding in Bulgaria, island-hopping around Thailand, coding from coworking spaces in Chiang Mai and Koh Lanta, chilling in Hoi An. I've made my home in Nepal, Bali, Cambodia, Hong Kong. And I still run GCodeTutor.

Now I’m co-founder of Insight Division Labs, where I build AI agentic systems for marketing. It’s the same thread running through everything: I figure out complex systems, then build tools that do the heavy lifting. Engineering meets AI meets education.

/ What I build

Three disciplines, one brain

I don’t fit in one box. The combination is the point.

01

AI Agentic Systems

Designing autonomous AI workflows that do real marketing work - not just chatbots, but multi-agent systems that research, write, optimise, and execute. Built with Hermes Agent swarms and a growing stack of agentic tools.

02

Digital Marketing

SEO, social media, email campaigns, and content strategy. I’ve ranked businesses in competitive markets and built audience engines that grow on their own. I know what makes people click, read, and buy.

03

Mechanical Engineering

GCodeTutor wasn’t a marketing play - it came from genuine deep knowledge of CNC machining, G-code, and how physical systems work. That engineering mindset carries into everything I build: precise, testable, and built to last.

What I’m building

founded 2017

GCodeTutor

The go-to resource for learning CNC programming online. Built solo from a beach in Thailand, it grew into a sustainable business that funded eight years of travel across Asia. CNC machining courses that actually teach you G-code.

Insight Division Labs

AI agent education. We teach people how to build real, working AI agent systems - Hermes, Claude Code, automation pipelines, home AI. No hype, no theory. Just practical engineering that makes businesses faster and smarter.

I don’t live in a terminal

I used to be a semi-professional guitarist - played gigs, wrote music, spent years obsessed with tone and timing. There’s a direct line from learning to play in a band to building complex systems: both require listening, improvisation, and knowing when not to play.

When I’m not building AI systems, I’m usually on a snowboard somewhere with decent powder, or staring at the ocean from a coworking space with suspiciously good wifi. Mechanical engineer by training, digital builder by trade, traveller by nature.
